Relatable Blind Spots, Limiting Beliefs, And Coaching Yourself
Finding the reframe is how I went from bystander to action-taker.
Situational self worth is a rain cloud you can’t control. Make it an umbrella instead. Eventually it becomes a mindset.
I used to think of discipline as a micromanager who told me what not to do. Now I think of discipline as a coach who helps me focus on what to do. Finding that reframe is how I went from bystander to action-taker. Asking “how can I reframe this?” unlocks the possibilities.
I recently asked ChatGPT to “tell me something you know about me that I don’t know about myself”.
The response put my jaw on the floor with its accuracy. But it was also surprisingly helpful. Once AI pumps your tires a bit, here are some prompts you can follow up with to find areas where you can improve:
What blind spots might be most holding me back?
What limiting beliefs do you think I struggle with but am not aware of?
What do you think people are afraid to tell me?
Who are some notable people that I remind you of and that I could learn from by consuming their content?
Thanks for being here.
See you next time.
